Redevco’s affiliate Redevco Management has been approved as MWOB
(Minority Woman Owned Business) and is now registered to do business
with Miami Dade County Procurement Department as MWOB for property
management and consulting services.
At the Brownsville Center, on June 6, 2009 Checker’s had their ribbon
cutting event with Miami Dade County District 3 Commissioner,
Honorable Audrey Edmonson.

Redevco Management was successful in completing the development of
four affordable infill homes on behalf of the LBW Homeowners’
Foundation of Coral Gables, Inc. Redevco Management was hired as a
Consultant and the exclusive Broker by the Non-Profit organization.
These homes represent the first “affordable homes” in the City of Coral
Gables within the Historic MacFarlane Homestead sub-division.

Shoppes of Liberty City, tenants Ultimate Fashions, Liberty .99
Store, Kids Are Worth It and Dark & Lovely Beauty Supplies have
renewed their leases for an additional term. The Anchor Tenant, Winn
Dixie has been also rated one of the top 10 in sales per square foot in the
State of Florida.
At
Promenade Plaza McDonald’s and CVS have renewed their leases for
an additional term.
